Freehold KiwiSaver Ltd ("Freehold", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.

- Booster Financial Services Limited and Booster Investment Management Limited (our Financial Advice Provider and product issuer)

- Dispute resolution schemes, if a complaint is escalated
We will not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing purposes.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Records are stored on secured computer systems with appropriate access controls.
We retain personal information for a minimum of seven years after the end of our engagement, or longer if required by law or regulation. When information is no longer needed, it is securely destroyed.
