What is Workplace Savings?

Workplace Savings is an employer-subsidised savings scheme — separate from and additional to KiwiSaver. Through our partnership with Booster, a 100% NZ-owned fund manager with over 40 years of experience, you can offer your team a meaningful financial benefit that goes well beyond the basics.

As an employer, you choose your contribution rate (1–10% of salary), set the vesting schedule (how quickly contributions become fully owned by staff), and select from Booster's eight investment funds — including four socially responsible options with Mindful Money Platinum and PRI A+ ratings. Your team contributes via payroll deduction, and everyone gets access to a dedicated online portal, the Booster app, and real financial advice from Damian.
