Complaints Process

If you have a complaint, please contact Damian Sligo-Green at damian@freehold.nz.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer your complaint to Booster's internal complaints process, or to our independent dispute resolution scheme, Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL).
